1. Acceptance of Terms
The following terms are a legal agreement between you (Company and its users), your employees, agents,
contractors and any other entity on whose behalf you accept these terms (collective-ly 'You' or 'Your'),
and Tamba
Solutions, by accessing, browsing, or using any Tamba Solutions provided website/platform/software
application/portal, ('Web Platform'),You acknowledge that
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws
and regulations,
including export and re-export control laws and regulations.By using the GoForHR platform ("Service"),
you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and
Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
2. Service Description
GoForHR is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that provides tools for managing HR
functions such
as employee data management, payroll processing, time tracking, and performance reviews, data insights,
reports etc.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that
occur under
your account.
4. Use of Service
License: GoForHR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the
Service.
Restrictions:
You will not:
(a) Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
(b) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the software/application/platform
functionality.
(c) Disrupt the functionality of the Service, including interfering with other users or the security of the
platform.
(d) Use the Service for any purpose that is harmful inaccurate, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, racist,
violent, offensive, harassing, or
otherwise objectionable to Tamba Solutions in its sole discretion or to other users of the Website;
violates any law or regulation, including export or re-export control laws and regulations;
(e) Use anything that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to
interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications
equipment.
(f) pretend to be Tamba Solutions/GoForHR or someone else, or spoof Tamba Solutions's or someone else's
identity.
(g) transmit spam, bulk or unsolicited communications.

6. Fees and Payment
Fees: GoForHR operates on a subscription basis or on premise fixed employment and period basis, with fees
varying according to the selected plan.
Payment: Payments must be made through accepted online payment, Cheque or Bank Draft methods. Late or
non-payment may result in suspension or termination
of your account and application license or usage will be ceased.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and data available on the GoForHR platform are the intellectual property of
GoForHR
and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You agree not to duplicate, distribute, or create derivative
works
based on the content without prior written consent from GoForHR.
8. Termination
GoForHR may terminate your access to the Service or your account at any time for any reason, including for
violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. GoForHR does not warrant that the
Service/Support will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs. Use of the Service is at your
own risk.
Use of this site is at your sole risk. All contents,documents,materials,information,products,software
programs are provided 'AS IT iS' with no warranities or guarantees. Tamba Solutions expressly disclaims to the
fullest extent
permitted by law all express, implied,statutory and other warranties, guarantees or representations including
without limitation.The
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes and non-infringment of proprietary and
intellectual property rights wihtout
limitation. Tamba Solutions makes no warranty or guarantee that this website or any content will be
uninterrupted,timely,secure or error
free. You understand and agree that if you download or otherwise obtain content, materials, information,
products,software, programs or
services.You do so at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that
may result including loss of data or damage
to your system.

exemplary or consequential damages of any type related to or arising from this website or
any use of this website or of any site or resource linked to referenced or accessed through this
website or for the use or downloading of or access to any materials, information, products or services
including without limitation.Any loss or profits, business interruption,lost savings or loss or damages.
THis exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes os action, whether based on contract,
warranty,tort or any other legal theories

GoForHR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the
updated Terms on the platform. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance

All Documentation contained on or accessed via the Website/Web Platform/GoForHR is the copyrighted work of Tamba
Solutions
and/or its suppliers. Use of the Documentation is governed by the terms of the Master Agreement, if any, between
You and Tamba Solutions ('Master Agreement').If Documentation is made available to You on this Website without a
Master Agreement, then You may annotate, translate, and make a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation
for Your
internal
use in designing, developing, and testing Your software provided that:
- any copyright notice pertaining to the Documentation remains, and a permission notice (e.g., 'Used
with permission') is added to such Documentation. You may not publish any such annotations or translations. You
must
preserve any copyright notice in all copies of the Documentation. No logo, graphic, or image from the Website
may be

non-transferable limited use license to internally use the Tamba Solutions Web Service APIs as made
available via the Website/Web Platform/GoForHR. Use of the APIs is limited to internal use for the sole purpose
of development of software
interfaces that enable access to data between Your developed product, third party products, and Tamba
Solutions.You
assume all liability as a result of any use of the APIs. This license does not grant You rights to any version
enhancement or availability of the APIs, or to support of any kind while using the Website. Tamba Solutions may
revise or cease to provide the APIs without notice at any time in Tamba Solutions's sole discretion.

location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. Unless such reproduction or
